HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. We don’t like hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay with nothing added at the checkout.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
Usual time is 10-14 days from payment. We do offer a rush order option at an additional fee – please email hello@wildfireneon.co.uk if you need a rush order* Delivery lead times can be longer in busy periods.

HOW LONG WILL MY LED NEON LIGHT SIGN LAST?
Wildfire Neon signs have an approximate life span of 80,000 hours. To ensure longevity please do not keep on for more than 9 hours.
IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes! All our signs have a 1 year warranty as standard. If you have any issues please emails us at hello@wildfireneon.co.uk
I CAN’T FIND THE RIGHT COLOUR, DO YOU HAVE MORE?
We have a substantial amount of colours to choose from (please note what colour the Neon flex is when switched off). But if you are looking for a particular colour please email hello@wildfireneon.co.uk with a screenshot as we may be able to source this with another supplier.
HOW DO I HANG MY SIGN?
Please watch our ‘How to Hang’ video here, we recommend using the wall plugs and screws the sign comes with, and depending on the size of your neon light you can also use picture pins. If you are using your neon sign for a wedding you can use the pre drilled holes provided to thread strong fishing wire (for a discreet look) or metal wire, chain or clear cable tie to attach to your backdrop or frame.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
As all our LED Neon signs are made to order, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order please email hello@wildfireneon.co.uk and we will work out a solution.
CAN YOU TURN MY LOGO INTO A NEON SIGN?
Yes! Please use our image uploader to upload your logo or design along with the desired size and we will respond within 24 working hours with a quote. It’s that simple.
ARE SIGNS TESTED / UK COMPLIANT?
All our neon light signs are CE certified and conform to UK and EU standards. If you are shipping to countries outside of the EU, you are responsible for the products testing, compliance and safety. Same with using the signs for weddings, it is your responsibility to get the neon sign PAT tested.
ARE NEON SIGNS DIMMABLE?
Yes! You can purchase a dimmer controller from our shop. The dimmer makes your sign brighter, dim right down to create the right ambience, flash, or use like a tv controller to turn it off instead of unplugging at the mains. Please see our dimmer controller in action here.
